How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Bankbecome Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Bankbecome Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, a good first step is usually to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Note that Bankbecome Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@bankbecome.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
